Select a page, then use the handles on the signature itself: four red corners to resize, the gold knob above to rotate either way (hold Shift to snap to 15°). Resizing page 1 also resizes every page you have not touched yourself; resizing any other page changes that page alone. Rotation is always one page only. A gold dot marks pages you have adjusted by hand.
